JUST MISSED!!! "Don't Play That Song (You Lied)" just missed making the Billboard's Hot Top 10 chart; it peaked at No. 11 and spent a total of 12 weeks in the Hot Top 100 in 1962. Eight years later in 1970 Aretha Franklin charted with this song, and son-of-gun, she missed making the Top 10, her's also peaked at No. 11!!!
