  • how did you get it to take the pictures did you just sit there and do it yourself?

or did you put a time on the camera and it kept taking photos?

  • Please read the info: "EOS Utility Software used for remote capture of 7,5 frames per minute (450 per hour) saved directly to HD"

  • great video, camera and lens choice. i love my sigma 10-20 :-). what was you using to power the camera for 3499 shots?

  • 2x BP511 Battery in the vertical grip is absolutely enough, but I also have an external power supply for the 40D.

  • A lot of work, but it was worth it!

  • @ColdingoVich Haha, you can actually shoot real HD-Videos with the 5D Mark II. PLEASE don't buy a camera, if you don't have ANY idea.

  • How did you set he EOS utility to capture at those intervals?

  • you can do that with any digital SLR with a minimum resolution of 1920x1080 pixels (for Full HD). The camera is triggered automatically by the EOS Utility Software (PC or Mac) via USB cable and the pictures are saved directly on the hard drive of the computer. It´s all in the Infos ;-)

  • How did you get it to save directly to HD? I thought it only can save to the card in the camera...

  • Great video, i like the last shots. You should make a night one aswell ! ;)
