@jeanettdavis's Lets say, just as an example that you want to be calm and relaxed before a big test in school. This is what you do:
You first need find a situation where you're absolutely happy and relaxed, and when youve found it, close your eyes and do the "aaahhh" sound.
Do that over and over a few times with about 5 seconds interwall. Then go do something else.
The next time youre nervous about a test, just do the "aaaaahh" sound and itll take you back to that wonderfull, relaxed feeling.

lol i feel like an idiot - after i watched this i sat there playin with my fingers 4 ages but dats rlly weird the way it works i think things work well when he doesnt explain wat hes doin at first

omg i did it and now it feels normal!! i wonder if this would work for writing with ur right and left hand... probably not lol but it would be cool if it did!

Wonderful information! So to further intitiate change, when I visualize myself in the place I want to be..I should "make that sound" (sigh)?
