welll ur not so right, i had silicon implants and base on the sample it doesnt leak like saline, and yes im happy coz mine are very soft and safer compare to saline

A couple of the videos show silicone. Several of the videos are regarding the umbilical technique which can only use saline. Silicone does have a more natural feel but for patients with enough breast tissue the difference is slight. The shell is actually the same except for the valve in the saline so the durability should be about the same.
