You just do't see football played like this anymore.As a matter of fact the Redskins in the '80s were one of a few teams that did.Pass on every down.Twenty years later it's still like that.If the Packers and Patriots are in the Super Bpwl you will see the two worst defences in the NFL.It is so boring.

John Riggins was THE best. Score a touchdown and flip the ball to the ref and jog back to the sidelines. Or just drop it. No stupid ignorant celebration dances - nothing. Just "This is what I get paid to do and I do it". No screaming, no yelling, no jumping around like a freak.
Now you see some idiot score a touchdown with 3 minutes left in the game, do some moronic dance moves and act like a cretin - and his team is still down 34 - 9. What professionals.

I'm a 40 yr old English bloke who started watching the NFL in th eearly '80s. And John "The diesel" Riggins is the man. Still watchin 30 years later. And Still a Redskins fan. HTTR! Go Packers on Sunday cos I hate them towels.....
