  • sigur ros beat the shit out of those plastic ass suckers, SIGUR ROS IS ART

  • What a bunch of MTV fan boys in the audience. "And the winner is Sigur Ros! Silence."

    Glad there's a deserving winner at an awards show for once, although I think these shows are kind of stupid.

  • I love Sigur Ros. This is so hilariously awkward to watch. No one knew who they were at the time, the audience look so confused and still, and some of the most depressing music ever recorded is playing as they approach to stage.

  • I LOVE IT

  • finally gained some true artists instead of plastic music of today and the award was well deserved and now have these days is very rare to win someone who deserves it .... where are sigur ros! I'm sick of Justin and GAGA

  • @flatwear Well at least they got the prize! It is sitting up on top my shelf! My brother didn´t want to keep it so he gave us the trophy and now I can always enjoy myself making the MTV sign swing back and forth ;D

  • ive neevr knew dey made a appreance to mtv till now DEY NEED ANOTHER

  • I love Sigur Ros as much as you guys, but they didn't win an award for best video;

    the video's director won the award.

  • im not sure they could be anymore out of place...

  • @marmas58ink The 'M' should stand for Mindless.

  • Awesome, I like the gigantic mind fuck of the audience.

  • @3qrw Thumbs up! Does Mtv still have music awards? Awards for the best video... best album, best single, etc? If they do it would seem kind of absurd, and 'hypocritical', since they hardly play vidoes anymore (as far as I can tell... It's been years since I've really watched anything on Mtv.) Does the M still stand for music? Or have they replaced it with something more suitable?
