Pa Kua practitioners are able to strike on average 3-13 times per second. Imagine using power ch'i during strikes. This stuff is no joke.

Those who are close-minded won't ever understand the internal energy. Does who actually understand it, don't waste your time arguing with them. People say stuff like "I wanna see this guy fight a MMA chamption". THAT WILL NEVER HAPPEN! These masters stay in Wudang Mountains practicing everyday and they look for peace not violence. I wish people would stop arguing and making silly comments about different styles of martial arts. Every single video I watch on here there are comments about 'Oh this style is better' etc... I could go on but seriously. Just learn to respect each other.
