[KMS] Phantom Fourth Job Advancement

Once you reach Lv.120, go to Leafre and the arrow will guide you to the left of the town.
Go to the Dark Rash field and go to the portal there.
Then go south-east to find the Treasure Vault Entrance.
You will need to defeat the Guardian that guards the Vault.
After that, click on Aria's necklace in the portrait to advance.

so how do you get like the hats and capes for phantom. Is it like one of those cash shop event items or is it an actual item you get from a quest.
