They are a bit to low! Setter can't do everything with those balls.. Especially not when he's coming from backpostions. Try to get them a bit higher... It's the setter who needs to decide the tempo... not the passing

great, but i think the place is ok, but they are a bit low, try to pass a bit higher, somewhat above the net.
