were the HO diesels made for california? and have you guys heard anything about the new law where you have to get your diesel smogged if it is 1998 or newer?

depends if the truck has federal or CA emissions. Heard nothing of law, and dont believe it

@rickyota If its 98 or newer it has to be smogged my friend just bought a 91 he didnt have to smog and i had to smog my 99 and when i asked the cutoff its 98 i dont know if its 98 or older or older then 98
