i saw in one video somewhere, where Mitsu can go into relic in the middle of Sets' 1b:b which will make the second b whiff. Is this even feasible?

Yes, I was going to include this in my next project but now... well. I dont know if there ever will be one. unless you block 1B:B at maximum (tip) range, you can evade second hit with 4B+K.

How the heck did NSS A+B whiff there? its a Mid!

It actually wiffs vs MST. not only here but after NSS A blocked for example, but I thought if I make GB version wiff that would be much more fun, isnt it.
