nice! i gotta join this group, i got the cleanest, tree-fullest cities yall have seen

How do you build a city like this? I try to, but I always get huge commercial offices and towering residential buildings because it's connected to other cities =/

use low and medium density zoning

What are farms for tho?
Never really saw the purpose of farms in this game .

farms are just another option in the game to build. you dont pay taxes on agriculture, so small towns like this are really just for novelty value.

Obviously, a city like this adds to your region, and contributes to global RCI, however they're effect is small compared to building a large city.

Small towns are always fun to build:)

build deluxe prisons, and make sure your entire population is covered by the radii. don't legalise gambling but do make a neighbourhood watch ordinance. remove abandoned buildings too-they contribute significantly to crime.
