As requested, here's a vid of my IA8 License Test. The keys to this one are to hit the straight sections (in between curves) as fast as possible. This means getting on the throttle early, in anticipation of them.
It also helps to keep the turns tight to the inside, using the curbs to help bring the car around.
But the toughest thing about this test are the last 2 turns. Throttle control is crucial, as ASM/TCS is turned off for this test, and it's easy to lose control when being too eager to get back on the throttle...
This was back in my days of smash & gnash button use, and better throttle control can definitely lead to better times...

As the turns get tighter, you'll have to be more careful with your use of the throttle when you exit. For this run, I tend to "flutter" the throttle (short intermittent stabs) to help improve the grip when exiting, but you can also ease into it with careful use of your thumbs. Other than that, it's mostly a matter of practice and determination. Hang in there and you'll get it.
Thanks for watching, thanks for the comment, and Have A Great Drive!

You should be able to change the settings by selecting "Options" in the menu that appears before you start the license.
