An evil mastermind, Dr. Mabuse has created an android and armed him with a new powerful weapon which can turn humans into zombies.
Mabuse's right-hand man, Dr. Orloff than transports the android to Earth on a mission to destroy his arch-enemy, occult leader Howard Vernon. Upon arrival on Earth the android spins out of control and attacks unsuspecting people...
