The interscalene brachial plexus block is demonstrated using a novel and more reliable land mark based technique, based upon a bony reference point and and two finger breadth measurement, using nerve stimulator guidance. This is more reliable than older landmarks based upon the variable position cricoid cartilage.

  • I think gloves are important....don't you think this is standard of care....even if they are volunteers. nice demonstration though.
