@tiatdivad That would be arguement, and you have granted jurisdiction. Then he will goto work on you. They use a language that we don't understand and of course you wll be at his or her mercy.

in a commercial court just ask the judge if he has sworn in on his oath and then ask to see it...... as he is there on a commercial basis he wont be sworn in on his oath, eventually he will abandon the court and you will be able to claim the highest authority in the court and dismiss the case
