@TheHage91 No it's not, it's better to use a couple of snipes then rotate with cheaper/free abilities so you can sustain a higher amount of damage. You clearly know nothing about the resource management in this game.

@TheHage91 How so? I bet I know more about this game than you. This guy has crappy resource management, you want to keep your bar as high as possible as long as you can for optimum regen. This means not blowing your load like he does.

Its a shame the agent sucks in PvE. The single player story looks awesome.
