lol im getting into BL because of the speed :P i have to agree with you on that one. but 120 shipped is for the 80a... that ones crap. get the 150a theres what u need! but most ppl including myself.. i usually buy and use then sell... so thats why i said who cares about long term. everyones different

Who cares about long term? Most people like to save money so me and my mates do. An EZrun brushless system is $120 shipped. It will almost last for ever the motor and speed control. 2 x Zippy Lipos that will last years i could get for $130 delivered.
That will take most E-Maxxe's ect to 60 or so mph with enough torque to shatter nitro transmissions. These prices are no where near your estimates. Faster than nitro. longer lasting and cheaper....
