In a question (at about 17 minutes) on the Stillwater Bridge, Rep McCollum, while she says Stillwater deserves a bride, suggested the bridge would never pass environmental muster, and thought, for a number of reasons she lists, it would be better to redirect funds to other projects like the Cayuga bridge.
