@MOSKII58 Yes, I read that somewhere. He says on the Fender launch videos that the replicas feel better and sound better ... so why use the original? What I DON'T GET is that if he's spent his life chasing the perfect tone, why can some dude from the Fender Custom Shop just pick out a better tone using stock parts from the Fender parts-bin with a couple of tins of spray paint? Whatever. He's still a legend.
