  • Turgeon = Underrated

  • Pierre deserves to make the HHOF. #28 All time Points (1,327 points in 1,294 games), Averaged 1.03 PPG, 97 playoff points in 109 playoff games. He has 8 points less than Mike Gartner playing 138 fewer games. (and it took Pierre 90 fewer games to reach 1,000 points). Because he is first eligible in 2010instead of 2009, he has a decent shot at making it as a first time ballot.

  • Boston could have scooped Joe Sakic? but went with Glen Wesley!!! hahaha, way she goes boy

  • Pierre Turgeon was a very good Little League baseball pitcher and player, maybe the best in the world in 1982! I think he was better than Cody Webster (1982 World series heroe). His team Canada (Rouyn) came so close for winning against Taiwan (Far East) in semi final!!! He's the only Canadian inducted in Hall of fame of Little League in Williamsport Pennsylvania USA.

  • @chrisuncleahmad I don't think he was underrated per se. He was more like "under the radar", hence the nickname Sneaky Pete.

But with all due respect, it's because he never won a Stanley Cup that maybe caused him to not be mentioned in the same breath as some of the greats.

I'm an Islander fan, and I still hate Dale Hunter for what he did to this guy's career. He would have gone places if he wasn't injured.

  • @corbycanada I guess you forgot he won a Lady Byng trophy... he didn't fight. He didn't even cause fights and run away like real "dogs" do.

  • Turgeon was so good !!!!

  • I loved this dude in St. Louis!

  • 14 picks later, an 18 year-old from Burnaby, BC was picked by Quebec. The rest is history.

  • @1more4carhur No, he came to CO after we won the 2nd cup.

  • wasn't he on one of the colorado stanley cup teams?

  • oh shit didn't not that
