  • @ukamara ??? this is the workout all the pro players are doing nowadays. Here at argentina they do the same... some of them are potentialy harmfull... but if u don't do, u are not going to play at a high level. Just look at nadal's knee for example,.. he done harmfull plyo exercises, but he is number one today,

  • Very interesting. However, any competent trainer will know that the most important aspect of conditioning, especially in repetitive-movement disciplines such as tennis, is actually injury-prevention. In this video there are dozens of potentially harmful exercises, performed with incorrect postures, in particular back/spine postures. Furthermore, why is this video accompanied by foul-mouthed horrible music? Was it really necessary?
