No matter what anyone says, the last generation of true artists to understand music and perform it to its full potential vocally was the 90's. Looking at the "youth" specifically in the last decade, the fan base for these artists believe that "not singing and having no talent to demonstrate true emotion" is the key to music. So from new millenium onwards, 15 minutes of fame is more important than actually providing substance to an industry that was designed for peoplw with emotion & talent.

GAY OR STRAIGHT Tevin was a true good singer and artist witch is more then i can say for most young artist today.
