The Peugeot 508 is the firm's latest contender in the family car class. The looks may be a little divisive but at least they stand out, and this car's abilities are far more than skin deep. As well as being good to drive it's also luxurious and comfortable. The only problem could be with its price -- in range-topping trim it comes close to accomplished executive models such as the BMW 3-Series.

  • im getting it next month. cant fucking wait!

  • BTW I was not happy with the design when I saw it the first time...then I got to see the new passat, and then I was convinced the Peugeot is a beautiful car LOL

We had the choice between BMW 316D, Peugeot 508, 3008, 5008, Passat, Touran...Prius,

All engines are diesel from 105 HP (VW) to 115 (BMW). This is due to the French taxes based on the amount of CO2 released by the engine...downsizing is the answer...

I'm sure to have done the best choice; my wife has a brand new 316D:looks low cost

  • Hyundai i40.......Now thats what I'm talking about!

  • @57explorateur Contrarily, I think the new Passat does not only look better compared to the previous version but it also has a more solid and tidy design compared the 508. 508 has an awkward stop light design, which look unfinished. Brand new Peugeot models always get a whole a lot of attention when they are first released; however, this over appreciation fades in about a year or two. I am merely speaking from experience, as you will see this come true with the 508 soon enough.

  • side view to the back looks like an infiniti g37, even the rims front light look like bww 6 series, and grill looks like audi

  • Same as most of the french cars...comfortable, great ideas but...in the end not so good! Lately they are cooping Germans so much that it is bad to look at, and are trying to achieve that quality and technical solutions but still there are those little things that are so annoying...parts of the interior that are below the standard, electrical cables isolation is bad and so many more... I loved french car but...not anymore!

  • that company should come to Canada

  • Rather get the vauxhall insignia for under 20K

  • im quite stunned by its design since its a peugot, doesnt match bmw and audi by far but im used to peugot having shit ugly cars ;)

  • In the the States

  • They stop selling these type of cars in the late 80's I always wondered why
