This is all wrong...when you are doing the right thing people around you want to join you and ask your advice not make fun of you and think you are wrong, etc. Leaders are not disliked by the majority, if most people around you don't believe in what you are doing, you should rethink it.

I think history would disagree with you. Also, Orrin would say that you should always be evaluating your goals, but be very careful who you take advice from. Only take advice from someone who has the results that you are looking for and is living a life of principle based on moral absolutes.
