I really love your Games so I bought several of them. A few weeks ago I had to reset my Phone due to technical issues. So I lost most of my games. I Tried to get them back using the "Download again" button in my Account. Although it says i will get an SMS I never got one. Also the list in my account is incomplete. I already wrote several E-Mails to your support and I even have a TicketNr. That was over 2 weeks ago and I didn't receive any answers until now.
