No aircraft is a better symbol of strategic power than the B-52 Stratofortress bomber. Take part in a B-52 mission, high in the stratosphere over Iraq. From its beginnings as a long-range nuclear bomber in the early years of the Cold War, the B-52 has assumed an important new role as a conventional bomber, continuing to play an important part in US military operations, alongside such hi-tech bombers as the B-1B Lancer and the stealthy B-2 Spirit bomber.

"key installations" means: homes of the workers.

Wheather it was right or wrong... i do not know, but just to be honest.
