Yes, all the others are octaves. This is not standard tuning though, it's 2 steps down from standard so- CFBEGC with the high C and G being doubled up.

im sick of people commenting on other people's english...get it through your head, not everyone in the world has english as their first language....get over it! you understood what he/she said...and if I were to be a prick like you, I'd say that adverbs weaken sentences, you see? Pointless.
