IMO, Carl can be a really good character to use but it may require intense practice to pull off his strategies

That down-charge up release D move is probably the move that makes carl, but it's sooooo hard to master

Is there a reason not to try to tech the throw loop each time btw? I mean yes you eat the shockwave but you can try for the oponent to mess up another throw and its better to get hit by a regular combo then being throw looped IMO.
