you shouldn't try it with a MIDI backing track though, they sound horrible :D

Your singing needs a fair amount of work. You go off key quite often, lack breath support when needed and you look dead when singing. If you're going to make a video of yourself singing you should look like you're enjoying what you're doing. Back to the key issue. It's quite possible that the issue is you're trying to sing something that's written in too high of an octave. You're most likely an alto. Keep singing...just choose songs more suited to your voice & practice, practice, practice!
