@holdontoyourwig yes and she is entitled to her opinion, they are always calm and collected with every caller, this one was not calling to discus anything, she was calling to assert opinion and threaten them with hell , that is it., she was not listening or even trying to debate anything.

Matt wasnt using a tactic he simply used a human emotion called frustration and it came out like it did. if someone calls in just to troll and threat then i think Matt has the right to say whatever he likes.
