  • I can't believe what I'm hearing! Cardio burns calories, but what about the fact that weight lifting burns calories after and increases the metabolism, especially from the legs, chest and back?

  • swimming is a good cardio exercise that incorporates the whole body. Also try jogging, Not too intense and burns good calories.

  • Is it efficient to do in a cardio session all the types of running ? Let's say sprint..(when u get tired) jogg..then walk..and again and again for 1 hour or how long u want to decide to do cardio ? Is that efficient and does it count like a normal cardio session ?

    nope...just lift good ...intense....and 10 min hiit cardio on upper body days....and eat good...thhts wht i do..

  • @ TheRealDirtyScary Magazines and companies gain alot by lying. They dont want you to truly succeed, so you keep on buying thier products in a vicious cycle. For example the myth of TONs of protein to build muscle sells thier protein shakes, then you gain fat from the extra protein, and now you need to buy a fat burning pill to remove the fat caused by thier own protein. The only "suppliments" pros use that truly work are anabolic steroids and they dont tell you that.
