Jensen 25: Speed Tests - 3: PMR Gen

Next the unloaded PMR generator. It's not quite as demanding on the engine, despite the gear ratio that forces it to spin faster than the other gen. Video ends suddenly because my band popped off. Only problem with measuring the speed in front is the regulator drips water dirctly onto the only other button on the tach. The glove also saved me from many nasty burns from the firebox. I could feel the heat continually, which shows that even though the electric engines are insulated, quite a bit of heat still conducts into the surrounding metal.

Bet you thought I just wore gauntlets because they look cool ;P
