@awbananna I agree, the 1968 version portrayed Bloom as an guy good only at accounting and completely socially withdrawn, comparatively Mattew Broderick's Bloom comes off more as a very sheltered and smart young man that's just always played it safe and never even tried to do anything but accounting, but secretly WANTS to be more. In essence its the difference between a man becoming more of a man and a boy in a man's body becoming a complete man. Also, I liked Jon Lovitz Mr. Marks.

I love the producers movie. Seriously. I might just make a one woman band and sing these songs to myself..hopefully without appearing insane.
