Large difference between runescape and guildwars, runescape ruined itself by listening to the 12 year olds that play it, and you can't compare a browser game to a download/disc game. And on top of that they are completely different concepts, but yes, runescape has sucked hard for about 2 years now.

Guild wars is the first
Guild wars eye of the north is an expansion. You need Factions, Nightfall, or the original guildwars to play eye of the north :)
