LG announced its new Symbian smartphone 'KT610' with GPS

LG Electronics presented 'LG-KT610', its GPS-enabled, stylish candy bar mobile phone during Mobile World Congress 2008, which supports a unique 2.4 VGA flip screen holding a PC-like qwerty keypad.

Based on Symbian OS v9.2 and S60 3rd Edition Feature Pack 1, users can take full advantage of a rich suite of multimedia features and applications.

The sleek new KT610 is powered with HSDPA connectivity at 3.6 Mbps and GPS navigation capabilities. Combined with a qwerty keypad and push email functionality, socialising, working and web browsing on-the-go is made easy. Symbian OS ensures the benefits of advanced power efficiency and a high-level of OS security, crucial for social and professional users.

Jørgen Behrens, Executive Vice President, Marketing, Symbian, said, "The LG-KT610 combines a sleek flip-screen design and advanced computer capabilities with high performance technology from Symbian OS. Ok so i had this phone for a bout 1 month i didnt drop it or anything,its very slow and turns off just like that if you want a phone like this get the env2 its better but this phone is a waste of money,it also dosnt have good Themes or Wallpaper's

So i suggest u dont buy it

this was the worst phone I ever had! I swear it was after 2 weaks it stoped to work. I send it for repairing... I waited 3!!! months! they couldnt repair it, than they gave me a new one.. after 2 months it was dead! very slow phone; you cant find any apps for the lcd resoulution...
