The original of this video was uploaded in 2008, not 2010, I think you'll find that if you ask Splash herself, she was tell you that this WAS the original, but got taken down.

Don't assume that Splash's was the original just because you're her fan, if you had looked around I'm sure you would have noticed that most of them were posted well before hers.
