as a fighting style is very good but the problem is that you cant learn a martial arts over a weekend it takes years of practise !! I myself took up aikido and i have been doing it 4 a year now , And i no it will take up 2 at least 10 years 2 b shit hot at it ! NOT a weekend !

any impact pad work in these classes?

There are belts in Krav Maga as well- check IKMA for instance. Anyway he's G1 grade not a "black belt"- the other grading system prefered by some other federations.G1 can be losely reffered to as black belt for a similar skill level.

You can't possibly learn ANYTHING properly in a weekend You've GOT TO do it on a regular basis. Weekend courses are designed for those who want to spend A LOT and learn A BIT. Krav Maga Group Dublin is a proper way of doing it if you have enough commitment to stick to it for longer then a feckin weekend.

Im not saying he`s not certified, but there is no belts in Krav Maga, that 1st dan he has is more than likely in Taekwondo.

Yes but they have no affiliation with Israeli Trainers. This is more of a commercial thing, anyone can go and get qualified as an Instructor in a weekend if they want to do it the commercial route.

Have checked his website and it seems this guy is not licensed with any of the recognised Krav Maga federations. So I wouldn't recommend - pretty of other possibilities to train real Krav Maga in Dublin.

Robert Bednarski is cerified instructor by Europenian Krav Maga Federation (black belt 1st dan), and is oficial certified instuctor of seff-defense by Ministry of Sport (Poland). But dont belong to EKMF. This year he is going to chang organisation to IKMF
