Después de muchos años haciendo pumses el secreto es practicarlas todos los días y conocer para que sirve cada movimiento. Si haces los movimientos sin saber para que sirven es imposible que consigas el ritmo y la potencia correctas.

Por otro lado, he visto muchos vídeos de maestros haciendo pumses y aunque los movimientos sean los mismos cada uno lo hace a su estilo, algunos son más contundentes, otros más precisos, y todos lo hacen bien.

very good technique but to fast and apkubi position is too long... this is obviously an old taekwondo video..
