Hi Robert,
I am an adult and although I took "learn to swim for adults" swimming lessons, I was not able to swim. Things changed in a hurry after I started watching these videos and practising. I still have trouble breathing but have made significant improvement - thanks to these videos.
Much appreciated

Hi Robert, let's say in deep water, is bobbing really the most effect way to stay afloat?
And also, are human bodies naturally floatable? Because I always get this feeling, because I have a hard time getting my entire body at the bottom of the pool,
Thanks for the videos though! You really helped me out big time!

Hi, I am 11 years old and i can't swim after i watched your videos i can float and submerge but i don't know how to actaully swim i can glide but after 5 seconds i start to go down and i don't have access to swimming pools ecpect once or twice a year so i am going to a waterpark in 2 weeks and they have a HUGE WAVE POOL and pool and its my chance any tips any ways to practice?

@siaschool Cool, a wave pool is a great place to practice your gliding. Just be carefull and always stay where you can stand. Wait on the wave, take a breath and then start your glide just before the wave gets there. Start practicing your flutter kick and pulling with your arms. You might try a breaststroke pull (the kind you use when swimming under water) in combination with the flutter kick. Take a breath when you pull and then put your face back down in the water. Have fun!!!

Hi Bob,
I am a bit confused, whether to use my mouth or nose for breathing.
drnsa 7 months ago
@drnsa Hi you can use Mouth, Mouth and Nose or nose for blowing out but its best to just use only your mouth for breathing in!! Take care, Robert
