Another great FRF Metabolic/Strength Circuit Sampler performed by some of our Army reservists at Jefferson Barracks Base. 20 sec squat followed by 20 sec row in low, isometric hold position, repeated twice, then switching legs for more calorie thrashing good times. Jump stretch bands were used, attached to a Humvee.
