1: Download any remixable track with angled props. You have
to use a track that already has angled props because they're
needed to create new angles. There is a tutorial by atheistsw showing how to do this from scratch.
2: Open up the track in track studio, rename(I'm calling it g2) and save the track. Exit
the studio.
3: Publish the track(g2) as remixable.
4: Go to manage creations and press (Square) to view it
to make sure it's fully published. Open the track(g2) in track studio.
5: Go to place props anywhere and press [L1] to select props.
6: Hold (X) to highlight two of the angles boats. Press (X) to select them.
Move them a bit to make sure you have them selected, then press [L1] to
deselect them.
7: Move over to a clear area, press (Square) to choose a prop. Select
the Lil' Devastator and press (X) to place it down. Press [L1] to deselect
it.
8: Press (Circle) and go into Test Drive. Give the game a few seconds after
you enter Test Drive mode. Exit Test Drive mode and go back to select props.
9: Press (Square) and select the building block.
10: Spam building blocks around the Devastator. I lay them down at an angle to
get a lot in a small area.
11: Press [L1] to go to select props. Highlight the Devastator, but DO NOT
select it.
12: While the Devastator is highlighted, press (Circle) and give the game a
few seconds, then go into Test Drive.
13: Once in Test Drive, give the game a few seconds, this next part is where my PS3
freezes sometimes. You can use this time to see if the Devastator is next to the boats,
still where you placed it, or moved somewhere else. Now go back to select props. The Devastator
should be missing from the center of the blocks.
14: If the Devastator moved next to the boats or won't rotate anymore, restart from step 4.
If the Devastator appears somewhere new and can still rotate, move on to the next step. (I
usually have to do the steps twice.)
15: Place down a new Lil' Devastator, highlight it and press left on the
D-Pad to select the first Lil' Devastator. It is usually up under the map(or somewhere?) for
me. Hold (Triangle) and press left on the D-Pad to bring the prop to the
ground. This should be a new angled prop, but its not over yet.
16: Raise the Devastator off the ground. With the Devastator selected,
press (Square) and select the same boat used in the first steps. Place the
new angle within the others.
17: Delete the normal Devastator and all the building blocks.
18: Rename and save the track. Exit the track studio. If you want more angles, repeat
steps 2-18.
This takes a lot of time, but you can make some really cool theming
with angles props.
I added a different type of angled prop, they will perfectly match the tilt of the terrain or track, but you cannot change the prop or raise it off the ground without loosing the effect. They're perfect for placing Dynamic Props along the track if the track is going uphill or downhill. To use these props, select the prop, press (X) to place it down, and move the unplaced prop where you want it.
It would be soooooo much easier if they just added a tilt feature!
I want to do a wreck type map with boats sticking out of the ground etc... But there isnt a way to tild to ake the ass end under the ground and the rest above... this is pissing me off!

@leaf16nut This level is remixable and you don't have to follow the instructions to use the 6 or 7 angles that I have in the current version.
