and why is it that when you hear the red shell coming, and you're in a desperate hurry for a item box to block it, and you always end up getting the false item box?

XD yes the thrill was there. how many times has it happened where you're about to be first place, and a blue shell pops out of nowhere, then a read shell, then another one, then someone with a star shows up, then a bullet, and puts you back to one of the last positions?
