I purchased this Moller organ from BYU a few years ago.

  • If you still try widening toe holes, maybe it would be a good idea to experiment with the wind pressure, try to reduce it and see the effect. It looks like this organ can be quite sharp in sound and adding even more power to the pipes without reducing the wind pressure, can make the sound unbearable....

  • Toe holes are definitely too small! But widening then will make them sound louder too (is this convenient for the house organ?...), though more open and natural sound than what we heard...

  • I Have A suggestion, you might not like it, though.

What I would do, IF I had a Pipe Organ, (I have a Roland Atelier), is Install a MIDI system. I know this is a home organ, but If you were to ever want a larger sound, you could get a VIrtual Pipe organ, expanding your organ greatly.

    Hope This Helps!

    Best Regards,

    David Marsh
