Someone else got a one-letter solve. It was on the January 24th, 2012 episode, "Final Spin" round.

If she really DID figure it out logically, it's possible. The guy before her asked for an R and there was none. The first word is either I'LL or I'VE. She asked for an L and it wasn't there, so it's definitely I'VE. Thus, the third word is definitely A and not I since saying I'VE and I so close together in a phrase makes no sense. Then it's a game of figuring out a phrase that's "I'VE ________ A..." that has no Rs in it and only one L. Personally, I think she just guessed lucky.
