  • The crab drowned I assume? They are land crabs you know?

  • @JoseDepacos

The crab escaped from the tank about 2 months after i got it. I stepped on the crab without seeing it...

  • Hey :D nice tank xD

Oh! :O can you tell me where i could get some sand like that?

Ive looked everywhere, but the only sand i can find is the sand for Saltwater tanks =/

  • I i got the sand at home depot, its just play sand, i got likee 5 pounds for only 3$ or something like that.

just make sure you clean it before you put it in the tank

just put some sand in a bucket, and put a water hose at the bottom and turn it on and some sand will spew out from the top, but a lot of dirt will, then the rest will filter out, and soon it will all be clean sand and its cool ha

  • the id shark gets big and might eat the balas but good tank

  • @gonksuwi go to petsmart and asked them for sand thats good for fresh water i got some aragonite from there for 20 bucks and its real nice and its goof for 30 gal

  • I Love Your Pictus:) check out my vids to see mine, for now i only goy 2 of em and a african brown knife.

  • First of all, fiddler crabs need to be out of water. They are not fully amphibious. At least put packing peanuts or something that can float so they can at least be out for a few minutes. Two, puffer fish are brackish. They need a little salt in their water. Pictus need groups of 5 or more as well as puffers. As well as most fish.

  • you know crabs hert and kill eels

  • my fiddler does the same. Always on the run..

  • Doesn't the crab need to breath air?!

  • do crabs co exist with other bottom feeders like corydoras and plecos ok? i thought crabs might be quite territorial..

  • yea, they dig holes NEAR the water, he didnt drown, but he will die eventually...

  • Wow beautiful, I wish to have space at home to have a fishtank like this one.
