My old man is a machine. he alternates 100+ press ups and 100+ ab wheel rolls every day. the result of 30 years healthy living and a daily dose of cod liver oil. legend!

  • This exercise is really awesome!!!! I don't understand why i didn't do this for all these years!!!!! I discovered it too late!!!! I did always situps and stuff but i never felt anything more in my abbs till i tried this exercise.. a felt it a few days!!!

  • @Fadur2 Exercise for mid and lower back, abbs (obliques and rectus abdominis). These are major core muscles. And peripherally: hips, shoulders and neck.
