Tuite is not a style, it's a type of technique. Tuite means "joint locks" or "joint manipulations" and many systems from Okinawa (the largest of the ryukyu islands) incorporate tuite techniques in their system.

@Frequent2001 Good question! I dunno...maybe never. It kinda depends on the situation. Also what you mean by "fight". This wasn't scenario based and there are a couple ways you could get in that alignment. To clarify, you're not interlocking fingers as much as grabbing the hands themselves.
