Connection issue with League of Legends

I've been trying to get to play, but all I get is this.... I've tried several times, reconnect etc... but nothing works after this last patch.

@DEADER377 It's really annoying.... it's ok that you have to reconnect one time to get in(not really) but when you can't even get in, and I get a leave for it? I think that is unfair....

Oh and btw, the flickering on the screen, is because I got two screens, and when I operate on one screen, and go to the other, it flickers with what is on the other screen
