I talked to both of them at length at @loic's seesmic party, and they actually care a great deal about network performance & a lot of other issues (privacy, terrorism, fraud, etc). Left me feeling a little better about a ginormous company, actually. Their boss, @kw, was a wise one, too.

Wow, they really think they're heroes for getting the phones to work at a technology conference. I guess they would see themselves as Gods if they had enough bandwidth available in the first place.
